Not everybody enjoys the taste, but my love of soy milk has had me replacing it over the diary stuff these days! Not only that, but after reading the health benefits that soy milk contains, I have been drinking it more and more, completely replacing the skimmed milk I usually buy!
According to the website, ‘Fit Day’ soya milk is highly nutritious and a great aid to weight loss. (See link below)

I will admit, I don’t think i’d enjoy the slightly sweeter taste when combined with my scrambled eggs in the morning (not that I have tried!) And perhaps there is further potential to experiment with there. But as a replacement for highly fattening lattes when out and about with friends, or even at home, soy milk is the way forward!
